Dr.Web® certificate usage agreement

The following Agreement (hereinafter, "Agreement") is concluded between you, a home user (hereinafter, the "User"), and Doctor Web Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Rights Holder"), the owner of the exclusive property rights to products of intellectual activity included in the Certificate (hereinafter, the "Certificate"), the rights to which are protected under the laws of the Russian Federation and International Law:

1. The terms of this Agreement apply to the use of the Certificate, which for a certain period of time certifies that the User has successfully completed and assimilated certain informational courses of the Rights Holder’s that pertain to the Dr.Web anti-virus software’s operation.
2. The Certificate contains, inter alia, information about the User's full name, an indication of how well the User has assimilated certain informational courses of the Rights Holder’s, the term of validity, and the number of the Certificate.
3. The User agrees to be bound in full by the terms of this Agreement from the moment the User successfully completes the corresponding exam as a result of having taken and assimilated certain informational courses of the Rights Holder’s.
4. If the User disagrees with any or all the terms of this Agreement, the User has no right to use the Certificate and must not reproduce, print, view, or distribute it, or in any other way interact with the Certificate. The use of the Certificate in such a manner that violates the terms of this Agreement shall be construed as unauthorised use of the Certificate and subject to civil, administrative, and criminal liability.
5. If the User has successfully passed an exam as a result of having taken and assimilated certain informational courses of the Rights Holder’s, the User will be sent an email to the address the User specified when the User registered on the Rights Holder's webpage training.drweb-av.es/users/register/. The email will contain a link for downloading the Certificate and saving it as a file, and the User will subsequently be able to use the Certificate by reproducing it, printing it, copying it, publishing it on the Internet, and giving it to the User's employer/employers.
6. The User is entitled to use the Certificate only if the User is in full agreement with all the terms of this Agreement and is in full compliance with the terms of this Agreement:
   1. Only the User is entitled to use the Certificate and only during the period specified in the Certificate.
   2. The User accepts and agrees with the terms of the Rights Holder's privacy policy published on the Rights Holder's website (company.drweb-av.es/policy/), and also agrees and understands that any information obtained from the User (including personal data), as well as information reported by the User upon contacting the Rights Holder’s technical support service, can be used by the Rights Holder at its discretion (e.g., forwarded to a third party), including for the purpose of sending emails to the email address specified in clause 5 herein.
   3. The User agrees to receive special informational and service messages from the Rights Holder during the term of the Certificate at the email address specified in clause 5 herein.
   4. The User may not use the Certificate upon its expiry in any form or by any means without the written consent of the Rights Holder, unless the User is compelled to perform such actions by the laws of the Russian Federation.
   5. This Agreement does not grant the User any rights with respect to any trademarks and logos owned by the Rights Holder.
   6. The Certificate is intended for use only by the User to whom it was originally given under the terms of this Agreement.
7. The Certificate is provided to the User AS IS, without any express or implied warranty of any kind. The Rights Holder is not liable to the User for any problems that arise or may arise, including but not limited to, while the User is printing, copying, or in any other way using the Certificate (including the Certificate file’s compatibility with other software products, program packages, drivers, etc.), or in the event of a discrepancy between the usage results and the User's expectations.
8. The Rights Holder is not liable to the User for possible negative consequences of any kind, including (without limitation) those caused by the Certificate file’s incompatibility or conflict with other software products installed on the same computer, and incompatibility or conflict with the computer hardware.
9. The relationship between the Rights Holder and the User under this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes related to the adherence to the terms herein are to be resolved in the relevant courts at the Rights Holder's location.
10. The Rights Holder can change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The User is notified when a new version of the Agreement enters into force by a means acceptable to the Rights Holder.
